Jane Wyndham
Jane Wyndham’s Freedom Within Constraint argues that true freedom is found not in the absence of limits, but in the right ones that enable us to flourish. Using the London Marathon as an example, she shows how discipline and structure make achievement possible, and links this to Scripture’s teaching that God’s commands are a “law that gives freedom” and the way of life offered by Jesus Christ.

Ian Moore
In this Pentecost sermon, Ian Moore teaches that God’s will for every believer is to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit, not just as a one-time experience but as the normal Christian life. Drawing on Scripture and personal testimony, he describes the Spirit as God’s greatest gift after salvation, bringing joy, strength, unity, and empowerment for daily living and witness. Pentecost is presented as an ongoing reality for the Church, calling believers to hunger for God and live lives overflowing with

Claire Blatchford
In this anniversary sermon, Claire Blatchford urges the church to “think and pray big,” based on Ephesians 3: God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine. She calls believers to move beyond small expectations, rely fully on God’s power rather than their own strength, and pray with bold faith, trusting him to transform lives and build his church.

Jim Hamilton -- Visiting Speaker
In his message, Jim Hamilton explores how lasting hope is found in Jesus Christ: through forgiveness that frees us from the past, God’s presence with us in every moment, and the promise of a secure eternal future. Rooted in Epistle to the Romans 15:13, he invites us to trust in God and experience a deep, overflowing hope that brings joy, peace, and confidence “????” (Arabic: “no matter” or “whatever”) i.e. in all circumstances.

Claire Blatchford - visiting Speaker
Claire Blatchford’s Easter sermon “He is alive” (John 20:1–18) celebrates the move from the darkness of Good Friday to the hope of the resurrection, showing through Mary, Peter, and Thomas that the risen Jesus changes lives, offers second chances, and meets us in our doubts. Ian Moore
Ian Moore explores fasting as a biblical discipline that goes beyond just abstaining from food — it is humbling ourselves before God to deepen prayer, seek His presence, and grow spiritually. Fasting creates space to rely on God’s grace and strengthen both personal devotion and spiritual resilience.

Mark Smith (Visiting Speaker)
Mark Smith highlights that Christians are called to always be ready to share the hope they have in Christ. Instead of depending on having all the right answers, we should walk alongside others, helping remove barriers to faith while trusting God to reveal Himself and bring about true belief.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at the Church (details here) for our Sunday Service starting at 10.30 am.  There is ample parking to the rear of the building.

When you arrive, you should be greeted by someone on our Welcome Team.

We serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service. It is a great way to meet people, or simply take time to find your bearings. All refreshments are free.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Please let one of the Welcome Team know on your arrival and they will help you to get set up. There are disabled toilets in the main foyer.

Our Service

The main service begins at 10.30am with a warm welcome from one of our team members. Then follows a time of sung worship, led by our band.  We then share news and notices, usually about what’s going on in the life of the church. One of our leaders will then give a sermon that is bible based and that we can apply to our everyday life. We then finish with a final worship song. Sometimes there is an opportunity to receive prayer at the end of the service.

Getting Connected

Small Groups

While Sundays are a great way to meet new people, it is often in smaller gatherings that you can really get to know someone. Being part of one of our small groups allows you to make new friends, share together and support each other. We have a variety of groups that meet throughout the week, some afternoons and some evenings. Check out Small Groups and see if there’s one that you could join, or we can put you in touch with a small group leader who will be more than happy to invite you along to their group.

Serving and Volunteering

If you want to get involved in the life of the church and help us make Sundays run smoothly, you can sign up to serve on a team.
