Emma Nash - Visiting Speaker
Emma Nash explores how evangelism can be more than simply words or simply living well. Drawing on Colossians 4, she encourages us to pray for God to open doors, live “salty” and “shiny” lives, speak clearly about Jesus, and create opportunities for people to experience God for themselves. Through stories of Christmas outreach, prayer, beauty and wonder, Emma reminds us that God is already at work, preparing hearts to encounter the mystery of Christ.

Emma Nash - Visiting Speaker
In this sermon, Emma Nash explores Jesus’ call to be “salt and light” in the world — not by striving to be perfect, but by allowing God’s Spirit to shape the way we live. Through stories of people who influenced her faith, Emma reflects on how love, kindness, peace, joy and mercy can speak powerfully about God, and encourages us to notice and celebrate these qualities in others too.

Jane Wyndham
Jane Wyndham explores what it means to truly belong to God’s family, reflecting on Acts 2:42–47 and the importance of commitment, community and serving one another. Church is more than somewhere we attend — it is a family where we belong, contribute and grow together in faith.

Rev. Ian Moore
Ian Moore challenges us to realign our lives with Jesus by embracing simplicity—not as a set of rules, but as a Spirit-led way of living. Drawing on the life of Jesus and the early church, he explores freedom from clutter, materialism and self-interest, encouraging us to live generously, serve others and invest in what matters most: devotion to God, prayer and people.

Jim Hamilton
Jim Hamilton reflects on Jesus’ restoration of Peter after his denial. Through Peter’s encounter with Jesus on the shore of Galilee, we are reminded that failure need never be final — above all, we are called to love Jesus, trust his plans for us, and stop comparing ourselves with others.

Rev Ian Moore
Drawing from Psalm 139, Ian Moore reflects on the wonder of every child as a precious gift created and known by God. In this dedication message, he explores the purpose of giving thanks, the biblical meaning of dedicating a child, and the prayer that Josiah William will one day come to know Jesus personally and fulfil God's unique calling on his life.

Jane Wyndham
Relearning Rhythm calls us back from a life of busyness to God’s pattern of work and rest. Drawing on Genesis, the Sabbath, and Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 11, she nvites us to trust God enough to slow down, receive rest, and live in step with Christ’s “unforced rhythms of grace.”

Ian Moore
Ian Moore calls the church to rediscover solitude—not isolation, but intentional time alone with God to hear His voice. Using biblical examples like Moses, Elijah, Paul, and Jesus, he shows how silence before God brings clarity, guidance, and spiritual renewal in a noisy world.

Hugh Dibbons -- Visiting speaker
The sermon reflects on how God calls ordinary people like Abraham, Moses, and David into seemingly impossible tasks, showing that faith is about trust in God rather than personal strength. It asks three key questions—“Where are you?”, “Who are you?”, and “What are you doing here?”—to challenge listeners to step out of hiding, embrace identity as new creation in Christ, and follow God’s leading with gratitude and courage, centred on Jesus as Lord.

Jane Wyndham
Jane Wyndham’s Freedom Within Constraint argues that true freedom is found not in the absence of limits, but in the right ones that enable us to flourish. Using the London Marathon as an example, she shows how discipline and structure make achievement possible, and links this to Scripture’s teaching that God’s commands are a “law that gives freedom” and the way of life offered by Jesus Christ.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at the Church (details here) for our Sunday Service starting at 10.30 am.  There is ample parking to the rear of the building.

When you arrive, you should be greeted by someone on our Welcome Team.

We serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service. It is a great way to meet people, or simply take time to find your bearings. All refreshments are free.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Please let one of the Welcome Team know on your arrival and they will help you to get set up. There are disabled toilets in the main foyer.

Our Service

The main service begins at 10.30am with a warm welcome from one of our team members. Then follows a time of sung worship, led by our band.  We then share news and notices, usually about what’s going on in the life of the church. One of our leaders will then give a sermon that is bible based and that we can apply to our everyday life. We then finish with a final worship song. Sometimes there is an opportunity to receive prayer at the end of the service.

Getting Connected

Small Groups

While Sundays are a great way to meet new people, it is often in smaller gatherings that you can really get to know someone. Being part of one of our small groups allows you to make new friends, share together and support each other. We have a variety of groups that meet throughout the week, some afternoons and some evenings. Check out Small Groups and see if there’s one that you could join, or we can put you in touch with a small group leader who will be more than happy to invite you along to their group.

Serving and Volunteering

If you want to get involved in the life of the church and help us make Sundays run smoothly, you can sign up to serve on a team.
